5.0 out of 5 stars A fun adventure for kids

This is such a cute and humorous book about a retired clown and elephant who go on a search together for the perfect outside job. A fun adventure that all kids will love. Adorable illustrations as well. I love the photo at the end that shows who the characters are based off of! Highly recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars Beautiful friendship

It’s hard enough to find a job you’re good at, but finding a job that both you and your friend are good at is twice as hard. Especially if your friend is an elephant! But that doesn’t stop Lulu and Bunky from trying out different jobs, despite mishaps with ice cream and peanuts. This is a wonderful story about friendship and working together through various obstacles. The illustrations are lovely and complement the story beautifully.

Bunky and Lulu Find Their Place by Cindi Handley Goodeaux is the most adorable book inside and out. I can see children loving this story as someone reads it to them. And I love the illustrations created by Sanghamitra Dasgupta. Each page perfectly captures the story of a friendship so well. I especially like Bunky’s sweet expressions, and Lulu is such a cutie! This is a book that will have kids grabbing it from the shelves when they see the appealing cover with this precious little elephant and his cute clown friend Bunky. This is such a lovely book for little ones. I think this book should be in every child’s library, as well as any library where kids will be, such as a daycare, smaller children’s classrooms, and every elementary school library. I highly recommend you check out this cute book for the little one in your life.
